Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager at POSSIBLE CEE is not just mad about innovation, but is also a highly organised and reliable team member. Inspired by the latest trends and able to deal with state-of-the-art technologies, the Techincal Project Manager will continually collaborate with division leaders to define complex projects and drive them through to successful implementation.

Responsibilities

Communicate expectations to project team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, through creative & technical design and production & development, right up to testing and launch

Identify, own and control the project's scope

Create and oversee project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take the lead on quality control issues; write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members

Manage project related, client and stakeholder communication

Conduct project team meetings (internal & with clients), collect, organize and communicate meeting notes

Collect, log and communicate resource time forecasting and review and approve project resource time, expenses and invoices

Document projects

Oversee the fulfilment of business goals and strategy throughout the course of the project

Represent POSSIBLE values to clients and team members

Continuously develop his/her knowledge of

Senior Front End Developer

Role requirements

4+ years of experience as a front end developer, preferably in agency environment

Experience in working in teams (5+ people)

Expert basic front end knowledge (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

Expert in Adobe Photoshop, with Illustrator skills

Fluency in English, spoken and written

Experience developing enterprise web applications

Experience and expert understanding of preprocessors like SASS

Experience with RESTful services and APIs

Experience in testing and debugging (frameworks, methodologies, tools)

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to write strong sematic mark up

Excellent understanding of the latest front end technologies (RWD, frameworks, tools)

Technical Architect

The Technical Architect at POSSIBLE CEE deals with discovering and documenting technical requirements for projects, as well as identifying and reducing technical risks. Working together with the UX, Developers, UID and Design teams, the Technical Architect will ensure the architecture requirements and relevant standards for the project have been met.

Responsibilities

In the project preparation phase: The TA is responsible for feasibility checks, estimations, and tech risk assessment. With a proactive attitude, the TA solves and prevents technical problems on early stages, and provides scope consultation to business/creative teams. The TA prepares all tech architecture/requirement documentation and actively participates in client presentations together with the sales and the planning teams.

In the delivery phase: The TA's main responsibility in this phase is to define architectural direction for the execution teams, building reusable architectural models. Also, the TA should be responsible for risk mitigation from the technical point of view throughout the whole project, making decisions about architectural models, participating in task definition, supporting the product log grooming process and sprinting using sprint planning. Besides, the TA should manage the documentation process and ensure its quality. In strong collaboration with the leads, the TA provides reviews on time estimates too.

In general, together with lead developers, the TA is responsible for providing guidance and mentorship for the developer team, helping establish new processes and refine existing ones.

Requirements

The Business Analyst focuses on system analysis, working closely with functional organizations, application developers, and their respective users on defining, documenting, testing, deploying and troubleshooting applications and system processes. At Possible CEE, the Business Analyst plays a key role when it comes to finding solutions for business owners and users.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Technology, Delivery, Strategy, UX and Client Service teams in every phase of our projects

In the discovery phase:

Understand business goals via interviews and workshops

Review existing systems, solutions or relevant documentation (artefacts)

Understand the existing applications, tools and technologies in depth

Define solutions (project vision and scope) and recommend tech approaches

Design the technical infrastructure of the project

Support the development and client service teams in setting the project parameters (scope, timing) and the ballpark estimation of the initial scope

In the definition phase:

Prioritize features and scope through active dialogue with business stakeholders and developer team

Perform systems engineering/business process analysis to understand, define, document and analyze information technology solution requirements

Create Business Requirement Specification (BRS) document, and define the solution through Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) document, organize reviews and obtain approval, and handoff to software developers

Define how the system connects to 3rd party systems

Define acceptance criteria to the user stories and in partnership with QA team

In collaboration with the UX team prepare annotated wireframes serving as base for production
