meet the new Telenor site!
After three months of tireless work we’re happy to announce that Telenor’s website has been successfully upgraded and now looking good as ever! Not just the design but the functions got an update as well, all on the glory of making users life easier. A giant project it was, but our work was far from done at this point!
We also redesigned Telenor’s online self-service portal from scratch to maximize user satisfaction and optimize the traffic of call center and stores. With the new authentication process and the customizable user roles consumers can easily manage multiple subscriptions. They can upgrade, order or remove extra services, manage bills or top-up balances.
